Red Dazzler's first crop yearling sale success - Gold Coast Magic Millions 2010

With outstanding results at the MM Select Session 1, they sold up to $180,000, averaged $87,500 and achieved a median price of $70,000. These yearlings being bred from a 2007 service fee of $15,000 + gst. A great return for vendors.

Trainer John Wallce, a real supporter of the breed, purchased three yearlings. While Gai Waterhouse was impressed by Red Dazzler's stock buying a filly for $100,000 and stating "I like what I see, Red Dazzler had speed to burn and if he can produce horses like himself, I am keen to have them in my stable"

As a first crop sire Red Dazzler finished second to Holy Roman Emperor (IRE) on the "First Crop Sellers by Average" list at the this sale.

RED DAZZLER, from the Red Ransom/Roberto line and from the great Australian families of Vain and Toltrice has proved popular with buyers and breeders since he entered stud in 2007 at a fee of $16,500 inc gst.

Red Dazzler has stamped his stock in looks like himself, which has caught the attention of yearling buyers of his first crop, and had breeders returning mares to him in subsequent seasons.

Due to seasonal and financial trends, Red Dazzler will stand at a service fee $13,750 inc gst in 2010 representing great value compared to his sales results, and the fact that he is a son of the already and escalating successful Roberto sireline in the Southern Hemisphere.
